Abstract Submission

Participants may submit abstracts for oral and/or poster presentations for consideration by the Scientific Committee. All abstracts should be submitted in English no later than 15 October 2019. The Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts and edit the language. 

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the Secretariat, and of all communications thereafter.

Only the abstracts of registered participating authors will be included in the programme book which will be distributed to all delegates. There is no limit to the number of abstracts a participant may submit. The winner, either a speaker or the first author of the winning abstract will be presented with the Best Poster / Best Oral Presentation Award, which will include HKD500 along with a certificate.
